My classes classes are taught on Zoom or in safe distance settings outdoors or indoors and I use proven teaching strategies make sure that every student finds a path to success.

Amrita Sondhi is a certified yoga instructor, a graduate of Kairos. She is the author of ‘The Modern Ayurvedic Cookbook’ 2006 (now in its fifth
printing), "The Tastes of Ayurveda" 2012 (now in its 3rd printing) and founder of Movement Global Design (www.movementglobal.com) providing cutting edge yoga lifestyle clothing in sustainable fibers. In keeping with her focus on sustainability, 10% of proceeds from Movement and the cook book go to the Pamoja Foundation (www.pamoja.org) which she also co-founded in 1999. The foundation supports grass roots entrepreneurs in making their way from poverty to self-sustainability through micro-loans at the grass roots level. Amrita attributes living with purpose to her Yoga practice. She is in deep gratitude for those who come to her classes, as she believes her teaching brings her infinite returns and keeps the dharma wheel turning.
